OK, so, I'm now done eating for the day, it's almost 9 pm, I had a snack (some ham, hardly any fat or carbs but 10g of protein!). My totals for the day are amazing me.
Calories - 908.31
Fat - 28.08 grams
Carbs - 59.83 grams
Protein - 89.66 grams
Some very nice numbers. My BMR alone will have me shed over 1500 more calories than I took in. I also feel fine, no dizziness or anything like that. I do want to point out that I also did some very good workouts today, got out of the house and was mobile, all in all, a great day! Brendan, wanna race to our goals? HEHEHEHE.
